The Financial Times is reporting that Dubai World has been planning for months to reschedule over $25 Billion in bad debts. The terms of the delay are expected to be explained over the next few weeks. The problem lies in the fears of the ripple effects of real and perceived – ripple effects – of real and perceived fears!
